This month's Fortune magazine has an awesome article which is an exert from the book "Great By CHOICE" written by Jim Collins

(I recommend every MSG Distributor that s serious about building their business should get a copy and read it over and over again!)

The book compares GREAT companies who had the exact same environment as other companies at the exact same time-

Example Southwest Airlines vs. Pacific Southwest Airlines (No longer in business today)

Southwest dug in and today is a GREAT success story!

Pacific Southwest Airlines-NO Longer exists today-

They also compared several other companies-

They gave the example of the October 1911 quest to be the first people to reach the South Pole 2 teams

Team one: led by Amundsen

Team two: led by Scott

For Team one it was a race to victory with a safe return home-

"The THREE KEYS TO SUCCESS with the GENIE"

1. In this business the Product "The Genie" is the Star!

2. The KEY always has been and always will be the DEMO.
3. The third key to your success is to be persistent and consistent no matter what! (easily said, difficult to do)

Well that sums up today's training, now for those that are really hungry for the details of what it will take to truly succeed let's dig deeper! Check out the Proven Success system on the Team of Hope website. USE the MMG system, it works. I recommend going right to page two!

1. The Genie Challenge raises your belief in the Genie! NO one can convince me it does not save time and money because I know it does!
   
2. Giving Away 40 Genies teaches me HOW TO DEMO the genie. As a success coach you have to be willing to help your new team member (distributor) learn to demo the product. Give away 40 and you know how to DEMO the Genie.
3. THIS IS A REAL INTERNET BUSINESS with real Affiliate income and unlimited income potential. Let me give you an example of the Power of Two! This is purely an example and is only used to help you better understand the Power of TWO in our pay plan AND the POWER of compounding over TIME! Get out a blank piece of paper and let's go through this exercise together.

Power of Two exercise:

1. On blank sheet of paper write your name at the top middle of the page.
2. Under your name (top right write the first name of the person that you would like to have as one of your business partners and top left write the name of the second person that you would like to have as a business partner.) Genie System Sales! ($100 Fast Start Bonuses) Give away 40 and sell two systems! What if this took you a month? You are now saving a couple thousand a year in taxes (on average) with your new home based business. You are saving another couple of thousand a year on the products you were going to buy any way and now you are earning monthly residual affiliate income from the 40 Genies you have given away. In our simple example of the Power of Two you will see that if you can give away 40 Genies and find TWO that purchase a Genie System and want to make money too in your first 30 days. Then duplicate that pattern every month with everyone helping the new Distributors get their first two in their first 30 days. You do the math! Let me help you get started! Month ONE you earn $100 Fast Start Bonus. Month TWO you earn a whopping $50 in dual team pay commissions. Month THREE you would earn an incredible $100 in dual team pay commissions, plus your affiliate income, your savings and now some residual dual team pay commission from people on your right and left teams paying their monthly subscription fees. You get the idea! Remember the third key to your success is to be persistent and consistent no matter what! (easily said, difficult to do) In month TEN in this simple (just an example) illustration you earn $2,000 a week! In closing today, how about some tips I give my new team members?

1. Sending out emails, handing out business cards or fliers or anything else like that does NOT work as far as the Proven System discussed today. I wish it did. Based on the 20 and 30 Check Matching features in our pay plan, I wish everyone that blasted out a bunch of emails or passed out a bunch of business cards/fliers would have had great success getting installs and new distributors. To date, I don't know of any one that has had success doing it this way. REPEAT! Get people in front of their computer and use the Proven Success system taught today.
   
2. Educate your new team members. They or someone they know is going to look up and find negative junk about our company on the Internet. First, have them look at the date the negative was written (most likely prior to 11/10 when Mark Levesque and Evelyn Hopson took over and changed the culture and direction of our company). Secondly, look who wrote it! Either no signature or someone that is wanting people to do something else. Thirdly, look at the facts. We give our product away for FREE, we help everyone that uses it save time and money and we offer ordinary people like you and me an opportunity to give Genies away for FREE and get paid. For extraordinary people like you and me, we can also find others that want to give away Genies and get paid and make a lot of money while making a difference in the world in which we live! Did I mention the 30 day 100% money back guarantee? Skepticism and negativity are the two biggest obstacles standing between you and success.
